This month, we share the story of the Leonards, a family that has found a new beginning in Hopewell Junction. Doug Leonard joined Hopewell Reformed Church as lead pastor in 2020, a challenging time for all houses of worship. Last year at the church, he was joined in marriage to Sarah, who then relocated with her daughter Sonja to Hopewell Junction. With them, they carry the memory of Sarah’s son Joseph, whose light continues to shine brightly, providing the Leonard family with hope.
