My experience was good but could use…

My experience was good but could use some improvements. I had issues with connecting to ETSY, so I requested which account was connected to ETSY. The rep did not know or took a very long time to figure this out. It would help to figure it out less than 5 min but took longer. Otherwise, it was good service.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve cancelled my subscription and I’m STILL getting billed even though there are no subscriptions active??!!! This has been going on for since February now, I’ve checked every single time that my subscription has been cancelled. They haven’t even sent me an email to confirm that I’ve cancelled my subscription but luckily I took a photo from back in February when I cancelled it to prove that it was cancelled. Don’t even bother working with scammers if you wish to get months of money taken of you

Gelato is amazing

Gelato is amazing! The paid options are worth it, and there are free options that are limited but still allow you to list items on integrated sites such as Etsy.

Orders ship fast

Orders ship fast, and the quality is great. I love the personalization feature, the pricing, and the way they pick their print production partners. Plus, their customer service is outstanding, and they ship worldwide. Their product catalog is not as large as some other print providers, but it is sufficient for me, and I love that quality control and premium products over quantity is a key factor to success. For wall art, they have the best selection and quality. They have all the Bella Canvas colors you could ever need or want.

Gelato is really fast. The software is nice to use and they have 24/hr support.

I've tried a few POD services. Gelato is really fast. The software is nice to use and they have 24/hr support.

I did encounter an issue with shipping cost, took some time, but was eventually fixed and I got a good thank you for reporting the bug.

Some products (tshirts/hoodies) do have multiple brands, so would be a nice feature request to split those up in seperate products. If I a certain brand, then I want it for a reason, now it sometimes says : Sport Tek ST350, Gildan 42000, Stedman ST8000, Just Cool JC001 . Which one will be sent depends on stock and how fast. But sometimes print qualities on 1 brand is better than the other.

I'm very satisfied with the service. The order process, processing time and receiving the goods at home are very short. The quality of the fabric (shirt) is very good, the print on the shirt is also very high quality. That's why I gave 10 stars.

Super easy, great online help!

Super easy to use, seamless integration with Stores such as Etsy, Shopify etc. The online help - chatbot - function works well too, with immediate, clear instructions given after a query is submitted. Thank you for making it so easy to get my daughter's lovely designs out there.

PS Sadly Etsy cancelled my account (less than 24 hours after taking the £12 setup fee) for NO reason whatsoever, no explanation given. I think Etsy is a huge scam.

The fact that the products are of good…

The fact that the products are of good quality, the service super fast and amazing. My customers get to edit and review their orders prior to placing and confirming them. Refunds or returns not an issue if well documented and verified. Support is on hand, bots with regular queries and human backup for more complicated needs. So far...I am very impressed.

Excellent experience, I can do my design and place the order in Gelato the next 48 hrs i have the product in my hand.

Excellent experience with Gelato services, I was looking for such full services everywhere I could not be satisfied until when I stumbled across Gelato watching Mark from the UK explaining about Gelato Print on demand. Then I went to check it out for myself, and right away I liked it I created my store and designed my first T-shirt and ordered it for myself and wore it to show off to my friends What I designed and wearing.

Difficult to reach real person chat support

I will have to lower my opinion on one aspect of my POD company . Their chat support system is very bad these days. And not because their support staff is bad...on the contrary support staff is excellent but their stup1d chat bot is not. To get through a real person is nearly impossible because of that chatbot and now you can lose nearly 10 minutes if you are lucky until sometimes the chatbot lets you through a real person.
Chat support has always been one of the best characteristics of Gelato in the past. Unfortunately this is no longer the case and because of that chatbot (and not the real person) I give support in Gelato a big 0.
Products and speed of delivery is still good but it is sad that because they want to trim real people they now have to rely on a machine that is not "intelligent" nor useful at all.

MOST USER FRIENDLY POD

Tried the top 3 pod companies when I started and gelato was by far the most user friendly. Thought I'd try printify again, after a while. Absolute waste of my time. Terrible UX (user experience). I'm with gelato for life.
